This painting was initially designed for a mural to go on a community telecom box as part of our 'Make New Zealand Beautiful' anti graffiti scheme.

I just loved it and continued on to paint it with oils.

I haven't sold this work, its in my lounge on display but I will created some prints of it soon and make them available. I've also used the design on my clothing available to buy here.

It took me over 40 hours to complete and was inspired by M.C. Eschers designs where patterns fit into each other. I would love to explore this type of composition design more, but they do take me a bit of brain power and time so will have to wait for when I can dedicate this much focus to an artwork again.
