Where do you deliver?

For Artworks:

I’ve tried to offer shipping all over the world, there are some places at the moment that NZ Post don’t deliver to and unfortunately I'm limited by that. But i can deliver to most places. You can read the details at the bottom of the page on this NZ Post link: https://www.nzpost.co.nz/personal/sending-internationally/world-zones

For Clothing: I use an international print on demand company to make my clothing. This means we're not wasting resourcing printing more than we need and also means a pretty quick turnaround to get the product to you no matter where you're based. As of June 2023, here is a helpful list from Printful explaining where they ship to internationally:

About Printful Shipping

Is Printful available in all countries?

Printful don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, they don’t ship to the following destinations:

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine

  • Russia

  • Belarus

  • Ecuador

  • Cuba

  • Iran

  • Syria

  • North Korea

Please note, that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine. For now, we’re only able to ship products fulfilled in their Latvian facilities.

Due to the impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, their shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to the following countries (last updated on Oct 26, 2022):

  • Afghanistan

  • Bhutan

  • Brunei

  • Chad

  • Laos

  • Libya

  • Mongolia

  • Samoa

  • South Sudan

  • Timor-Leste

  • Turkmenistan

  • Yemen

The list of countries where their shipping carriers don’t offer international shipping may change. You can always review the up-to-date list on the USPS homepage.

Shipping and Tracking

I use NZ Post to ship all artworks domestically and internationally. I’ve tried to keep postage costs as low as possible and include tracking.

International taxes and duties

New Zealand’s  national postal service ‘NZ Post’ handles my deliveries overseas. Any duties or taxes you might incur on an international delivery is your responsibility.

Packaging

Your artwork will be custom wrapped depending on its size:

For Ply Paintings, these are hardy so I reinforce the corners with recycled cardboard, then one layer of cardboard wrapping.

For small A4 & A3 sized artworks these are posted within an envelope, between cardboard cardboard for protection and lined.

For Postage tubes the artwork is lined with tissue paper, very carefully rolled and slid into the tube. I don’t secure it with tape because it travels better if it can expand to the inside edge of the roll.

For Framed artworks, these are tissue wrapped, then bubble wrapped and then have a 10cm allowance from the edge of the artwork to the exterior cardboard packaging to try to prevent damage. They are labelled with ‘fragile’ and ‘this way up’ stickers.

For T-Shirts, these are drop shipped direct from the printer.

Returns Policy

I stand by the products I make and take care to package them in the best way I can to prevent damage. If you believe the quality of the product has failed in any way I want to hear from you as soon as possible and I am happy to refund your money.

Please contact me with details as soon as possible with a description of the fault at info@kirijones.co.nz.

Initially I may ask you to first photograph the fault and send me images if this is a sufficient means to assess. From there I can work through whether the product needs to be posted back and arrange that.

Please thoroughly check your sizing for clothing. I print to order and don't keep stock so if you've made an error then we need to re-order at standard pricing. If it's my error though, I will replace.
